We played floodwood last night, lost by 13. It was a close game untill camille got her 3rd foul in the first half and sat quit a bit, I had 25 pts, and 10 rebounds, plus 10 turnovers :( camille had 12pts and fouled out, sie had 6 and kori had 4 i believe. Im not sure what krystal had.
Floodwood is a better team, we couldn't close the gap, the closest we got to was 2 pts. I Cant feel down about the loss, its only our 4th game into the season... and its defiantly a big learning step!
We play in Hill City on thursay and in Nashwauk next tuesday, its a big conference game!

Andi needs 35 and Lise needs 28!!! I hope they hit it the same game...that would be really special.

ha camille had 24 and I had 36 i think and she hit hers and I had 10 more to go and I fouled out with 5 minutes left :(
but then the next day we played floodwood and I made it! :)
Hows Shelby doing? I heard she didnt play this year, which I was very surprised! John and I just had a meeting, if Shelby plays next year, I'd be there in a heart beat! :)
Did you guys get yours this year or last year? Shelby is doing great and very happy. She loves her forestry classes...she has two bad knees and the right one is worse...had MRI done and started physical therapy and they said it could go at any time. She was concerned she would injure it and not be able to work fire in the spring. She started practices and was not enjoying it so decided not to play. She missed her teammates and Greg and ended her high school career where she wanted to end it...and with All State honors. THat was enough for her...you should call her or add her on Facebook and talk to her about it....I was disappointed only for selfish reasons because I loved watching her play...basketball was a huge part of our lives and I miss it terribly but it was her decision and her classes and career are more important to her. I think she made the right choice for her.
we got ours last year! and yeah I talked to john and he told me alittle bit, and I have her as a friend on facebook, so hopefully it all works out. But im not sure what I'm going to do for college yet, I have a few colleges on my butt right now. UWS, St scholastica, and Crookston. and possibly ICC, but my parents think I should set my standards higher then ICC. :/
its a BIg Desicion.
The only reason Shelby picked ICC was for the Natural Resources program...not basketball. She could have gone somewhere else but she knew she was going to college for forestry and that was the decision maker...not happy with John right now so I won't say much on here. All depends on what you are going to college for...basketball probably won't be paying your bills later in life....
yes your right! and I agree with every your saying! I'm trying to find the best Social Work program and a good team to play with......
I wish you the best in finding the right college for you...with an awesome basketball team too! I would think you would have more options with that kind of program/degree than forestry... :)
